1 tys. zł grzywny nałożył na Archidiecezję Gdańską Sąd Rejonowy w Gdańsku. Na rozprawę o ujawnienie majątku archidiecezji nie stawił się bowiem metropolita gdański abp Sławoj Leszek Głódź.
O ujawnienie majątku Archidiecezji Gdańskiej wystąpił do sądu II Urząd Skarbowy w Gdańsku - powiedział rzecznik prasowy Sądu Okręgowego w Gdańsku Tomasz Adamski. – Toczy się bowiem postępowanie egzekucyjne administracyjne wobec archidiecezji. W takiej sytuacji można zażądać od dłużnika ujawnienia majątku - wyjaśnił.
Naczelnik II Urzędu Skarbowego w Gdańsku Marcin Matyjasik odmówił ujawnienia informacji, jakie postępowanie prowadzone jest wobec Archidiecezji Gdańskiej. – Objęte jest to tajemnicą skarbową. Jej złamanie grozi konsekwencjami prawnymi - powiedział.
Na Archidiecezję nałożono karę, ponieważ w sądzie nie stawił się osobiście abp Głódź, który jest jedyną osobą upoważnioną do przedstawienia wykazu majątku archidiecezji i złożenia pod nim przyrzeczenia.
Na wniosek pełnomocnika II Urzędu Skarbowego radcy prawnego Danuty Rapackiej, której w sądzie towarzyszył komornik, wyłączono jawność rozprawy.
Obecny w sądzie dyrektor ekonomiczny Archidiecezji Gdańskiej ks. Piotr Tworek nie chciał rozmawiać z dziennikarzami.
